Is the site secure?

In order to add a product to your shopping basket, select the quantity you require from the Quantity drop down box on the product page



and click the "Add to basket" button next to it. The selected product will be added to your basket and the quantity set to whatever you selected. If your basket already contains the product, the quantity will be increased by the new quantity you have selected, it will not replace the quantity in the basket.

To view the contents of your basket, click the "Basket Contents" buttons which you can see at the top right hand corner of the page just below the main horizontal menu like this:

This will bring you to the basket page where you can amend the quantities of your order, remove products, check the shipping cost, checkout or resume shopping.
Voucher codes are available from various sources around the internet. Should you have a valid voucher code, you can redeem it's value at the checkout where you see this box:

UK Postage and Packing: Sea Fishing Supplies provides 1st Class Recorded Delivery on all UK orders although if you would prefer you can request that we use the Post Office Special Delivery service which you can specify at the checkout although the cost is obviously slightly higher. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Overseas orders: We ship to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. All orders are sent via 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

A Shipping Estimator is available at the bottom of your shopping basket. When you are ready to checkout, login to your account and click the button in the shopping basket. A popup window will appear which will calculate the shipping cost via 1st Class Recorded Delivery to your shipping address.
Sea Fishing Supplies uses secure 128bit SSL technology to encrypt all data entered in to our site providing a highly secure checkout process for our customers and protecting all personal information.

When you are ready to checkout, if you are not already logged in you will be taken to a screen which requests that you do so or set up an account. If you don't have an account already, click on the "continue" button next to the "New to Sea Fishing Supplies?" header which looks like this:



The "Continue" button will take you to a simple form which requests some very basic details from you. Once you submit that form your account will have been created and you will be automatically logged in.
At the point of logging in, you will see a line of text beneath the login form which says "Forgotten Password ? - Click Here !". Click on that text and you will be taken to a page where you can enter the email address which you signed up with. Then click and your password will be reset then mailed to the email address you entered.
To change your delivery address, login to your account by clicking on the "Your Account" button which you can see at the top right hand corner of the page just below the main horizontal menu like this:



Once you have entered your correct email and password, you will be logged in and taken to a page with a list of options. Find the area which looks like this:



and select the 1st link called "View or change my account information". Once you have clicked on that link you will be shown the contact details which we have for you. Make the necessary changes and then click on the button. Your new contact details will be saved.

Sea Fishing Supplies despatch all orders within 24 hours (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays despatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact us by email seafishing@seafishingsupplies.co.uk as soon as possible. (Open from 10am to 5pm, 6 days a week) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is despatched.

However, you may still cancel an order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund should you wish. Once it has been despatched though, you will be liable for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please note that we are unable to amend an order once it has been despacthed.
To change your delivery address, login to your account by clicking on the "Your Account" button which you can see at the top right hand corner of the page just below the main horizontal menu like this:



Once you have entered your correct email and password, you will be logged in and taken to a page with a list of options. Find the area which looks like this:



and select the 2nd link down called "View or change entries in my address book". Once you have clicked on that link you will be shown your primary delivery address and any other addresses you may have associated with your account. Click on the button next to the primary address (the top address) and make the necessary changes. Once you have made all changes, click on the and your new address will be saved as your main delivery address.
Once orders have been despatched we are at the mercy of the UK Postal Service and trust that they will deliver quickly and efficiently. However, should your order be taking longer than expected, firstly ensure that you have waited the recommended 10 days for delivery and then go to our support centre and submit a ticket to our customer support team. If your order has taken longer than 10 days we can file a claim with the Post Office on your behalf and will re-despatch your order as a matter of urgency (subject to our stock levels).
If only part of your order has been received it is likely that the rest will follow very shortly. In order to offer you VAT free shopping we must despatch all orders in packages of £18 maximum value. As a result, if your order totals more than £18 it may arrive in several packages within a day or two of each other.
Sea Fishing Supplies normally despatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday your order is generally despatched the next working day.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Matercard, Switch Maestro, JCB and Solo through our secure Barclays ePDQ system. We can also accept Paypal if you would prefer but Paypal customers MUST be VERIFIED, and we only ship to CONFIRMED Paypal addresses. We are unable to accept payments from unverified Paypal users at this time.

What do I do if I want a refund or to exchange a product?

I received someone else's order

You may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund should you wish. You will however, be liable for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns if :

- The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- The item is one which is supplied in the original manufacturers packaging and it has been opened.
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and cannot be transfered to a third party.

If you wish to return goods for a refund you need to package the item(s) securely and with reasonable protection and clearly label the package(s) for return to :

Send the package via the normal postal service ensuring that you ask for a 'proof of posting' certificate from the post office counter at time of dispatch. The certificate of posting is free.
At current Sea Fishing Supplies does not offer a returns process online. To arrange a return, please submit a ticket via our support centre.
