Gemini Tackle - Genie Clip Down Booms (10 per pack) - top quality booms from the leading tackle manufacturer in the UK. Available in 100mm 150mm or 200mm lengths and with or without bait clips.
1. Thread components as in the diagram (provided), then tie or clip down your snood and hang the your rig body on a suitable peg.
2. With a sinker lead attached, locate the hook in the bait clip.
3. Hold the sinker down FIRMLY and with a pair of pliers, push the crimp that is under the spring assembly, up the main line, until the sprinf is fully compressed, then secure it.
4. Let go of the sinker whilst ensuring the hook remains in the bait clip, which will allow the spring to slightly decompress. Allow the top bead to rest on the boom, and without compressing the spring further, secure the top bead immediately above the bead. (This will ensure enough pressure on the boom to hold it outwards).
