Hokkai feathers with luminous heads and bodies and a patterned feather and tinsel tail. They look like large shrimps and are very visible in dark depths not only because of the luminous bodies but also the flash of the tinsel in the tail feathers will catch a passing eye. Fish them in deep water for Cod, Pollack or Coalfish. The tinsel tail often has that edge when ordinary Cod feathers aren't achieving results.
