Listings and Intellectual Property

The Seller may sell items alongside existing products on Our web sites or if those sites do not carry the item that the Seller wishes to sell then the Seller will be able to set up a new product listing by submitting the product to Us in the usual way. We will approve all listings individually and if accepted the Seller's product will be listed.

Once images and text are uploaded to Our site by the Seller for the purposes of displaying the uploaded product correctly, the Seller agrees to give Us full permission to display those images and full text on Our website or Our sister sites purely for the purposes of selling those products. If the product does not already exist on Our site, the image and text provided will become a master listing for that item and other sellers, including Sea Fising Supplies Ltd will be able to list against those details. We will not use Seller's images, text or files for any other purpose.

Customer Service

All items listed must be in stock. Any item sold which is out of stock must either be refunded within 12 hours or the Customer informed of the predicament within 12 hours and if the Customer is willing to wait, the product(s) must then be delivered within the next 7 working days.

We request that all products be despatched under a minimum delivery level of Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. we will only promote items that meet this minimum delivery standard. If we receive regular complaints that items from a particular Seller are going missing in the post because they have not been sent out via recorded delivery then that Seller will be required to provide proof of recorded delivery for the missing items. Failure to do so and that Seller will have all of their items removed from the store.

It is the responsibility of the Seller to allow adequate postage on the full order. Sellers have the opportunity to set up a minimum delivery charge should a Customer only purchase one item.

Upon confirmed purchase of a Seller's items by Barclays ePDQ, the purchasing Customer, Sea Fishing Supplies Ltd and the Seller enter into a binding contract whereby the Customer has paid for the goods in question, Sea Fishing Supplies Ltd agrees to pay the Seller the purchase price of the goods minus the commission owed to Sea Fishing Supplies Ltd (see below) within 7 working days and the Seller agrees to despatch those goods in the condition specified on Our websites within 2 working days from the date of purchase. The Seller agrees to meet the minimum conditions laid out by Sea Fishing Supplies Ltd and also agrees to abide by their own terms and conditions submitted to Us and displayed to the Customer before the purchase.

From the moment of purchase, the Seller is solely responsible for all of those items purchased from the Seller. The seller is responsible for the items being in stock, for despatch within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of purchase, for replacement of undelivered or faulty goods, for refunds and for customer contact regarding all of their products purchased.

All sellers must have a reasonable returns policy in place before selling on Our websites and that returns policy needs to be clearly laid out in the Seller terms and conditions displayed to the Customer before any purchase is made.

All Customers purchasing from third party Sellers are invited to rate the Seller in terms of customer service which includes ease of contact and speed of delivery. Should Sellers fail to meet good customer service standards then Customers will, of course, rate Sellers down and poor ratings will affect sales levels.

Sellers may not actively promote their own web address. Any seller advertising their web address will automatically be removed from Our website listings.

Prices, VAT, Customs Duty and any other charges

Sellers must not mislead Customers about prices and peripheral charges. Prices must be inclusive of VAT, Customs duty and any other charges excluding delivery charges which will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout. The final price charged at the checkout on Our website must be the final price charged to the customer for the goods purchased.
