UK Mainland - Shipping starts from £1.99 for orders up to 100g's whereafter shipping costs will increase by weight - click here for postal rates. Weights are assigned to each product, and are totalled by the shopping basket, you can then calculate postage costs before checkout, by clicking on the "shipping estimator" button in the shopping basket.

Channel Islands and other British Islands will be charged as above.

International Shipping - is charged at cost - Click on the "Shipping Estimator" button after adding items to your shopping basket for calculation of postage to each country.

Orders - Orders over £18 will be dispatched in more than one package. All individual items costing more than £18, are shipped separately.

VAT - The prices shown for all items are the final prices payable. All VAT due is paid by Sea Fishing Supplies Ltd before shipping, so the price listed is the only price payable. No further import duties or tax will be levied.

Delivery Times - Typically 3 - 5 working days for First Class Delivery, depending on your location in the United Kingdom. Please note that although we are not responsible for Items Lost or Delayed by the Post Office we will, in the event of non-delivery by the post office, replace the goods but only after a claim has been placed with the post office and you have returned the Royal Mail's declaration form (which they will send you once the claim is placed).

"Special Delivery" Delivery Times - Typical delivery is next working day after date of despatch. Larger items such as rods and chairs cannot be sent by Special Delivery and will be despatched by Parcel Force. Parcel Force offers a typical delivery time of 2-4 days after date of despatch.

Despatch Times - We make every attempt to despatch by the next working day following completion of your order online but during busy periods despatch times can be longer. If you require immediate despatch please select the Special Delivery option which we recommend. There will always be a priority for items requested to be sent by Special Delivery and these are given priority packing status and will be despatched first - either same day or next day.

International Orders - cannot be given a guaranteed minimum order time unless arranged directly with our sales department. Please click on the "contact us" link to contact our sales department and learn more about international shipping options.

Returns and Refunds - You may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund should you wish. You will however, be liable for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns if :

- The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- The item is one which is supplied in the original manufacturers packaging and
  it has been opened.
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and cannot be transfered to a
third party.

If you wish to return goods for a refund you need to package the item(s) securely and with reasonable protection and clearly label the package(s) for return to :

Send the package via the normal postal service ensuring that you ask for a 'proof of posting' certificate from the post office counter at time of dispatch. The certificate of posting is free. A refund will only be given on the return postage costs if the goods are faulty or incorrect. If the return is due to personal preference then there can be no refund on the return postage or original postage costs.
