the MirrOlure Fire Tiger
Our most successful style with this lure was a retrieve
with bursts of energy interspursed with still moments,
repeating from long casts. The
propellers gave some serious water turbulence which
definitely seemed to be what was stirring up the attention
that we got. At some points we could actually see
the fish following it but whether
they were just being wary
that day
we're not quite sure as it took them
a while before deciding to take
the chance
but by the end of our trip it had yielded some nice
catches mainly Pollack with some smaller Bass.
Certainly a very nice lure which was great entertainment
to use requiring us to really work it to achieve our
prize. It turned out to be an effective bait and was
certainly good fun to fish with!
