Reviewing Trilene Inshore line by Berkley

I purposely went looking for a strong fighting species to test this line so I baited up for Black Bream, small but tough little fighters for the 15lb line I had. It cast well and seemed to come off the spool with no noticeable drag. It certainly wasn't any hinderance to the distance of my cast and the accuracy was very good.

More than anything I noticed that my missed bites rate was much lower during the whole of my afternoon however hard the strike and with Bream I can honestly say that I usually miss many more just from the nature of their battle and the way they take the bait. I've had line break on many occasion whilst fighting a Bream or the hookset hasn't been firm enough and they shake it free but not a single snap this time and I definitely landed more fish successfully. I liked it a lot, the Inshore is a good line and I certainly want to use it again in different situations and get a real feel for it in comparison with my usual.
